FAQs

(Frequently Asked Questions)

We understand that change can bring questions and uncertainties. These FAQs are here to help provide clarity and support.  Below you’ll find answers to common questions regarding job security, benefits, operational changes, and more.   If you don’t find the answer you’re looking for, feel free to submit your questions below.

Tellworks is currently planning to begin operations on Tuesday, July 8, 2025.

Although Tellworks has locations across the country, the Jeffersonville location will be our first in Indiana and the Louisville, Kentucky area.  Consequently, we need skilled and experienced individuals like yourself to provide high-quality, uninterrupted services to T-Mobile just as you do today.  Our goal is to facilitate a smooth transition so we can continue to deliver unparalleled service to our customer without interruption. However, employment at Tellworks is at-will. At-will employment may be terminated with or without cause and with or without notice at any time by the employee or Tellworks.

Yes.  The information you provide through our simplified online application will help us learn more about you and create a record for you in our HR system.  That record will help streamline subsequent onboarding activities. Tellworks will not accept verbal applications but must instead have a completed application on file for everyone who wants to work for us.

As a temporary employee assigned by your Staffing Agency, your specific terms of employment are managed by them. Tellworks appreciates your contributions within the Jeffersonville facility.  We are working with the current agencies to maintain staffing throughout the transition and beyond.  For questions about your current assignment, its duration, pay, benefits or opportunities for permanent placement, please contact your agency representative as they are your primary point of contact.

Please visit www.Tellworks.com/Jeffersonville where you will find a link to the application.

Representatives from Tellworks will be available at the Jeffersonville facility to assist you.  If you prefer, you may also request assistance by sending an email to JDCHR@tellworks.com

It is Tellworks’ goal to respond to you with its decision within two weeks of receiving your application. You will receive an offer letter that sets forth the terms and conditions of your new job at Tellworks, including compensation and any additional post-offer conditions such as completion of an I-9 form.

On or before Friday, April 4, 2025.  Tellworks encourages you to submit your application as soon as possible so we can begin subsequent steps in the transition process.

We expect roles and responsibilities to remain about the same at the outset.  We intend to continue to deliver the same, high-quality services to our customer in much the same way as you do today.  While the Company has the discretion to change employee roles and responsibilities, you will be informed in advance of any changes. Looking ahead, this transition will also create exciting opportunities for skill development, exploring new responsibilities and taking on new challenges, allowing employees to further develop their careers with us.

We currently do not expect changes in the shift schedules immediately following the transition, although the Company does have the discretion to change shift schedules.

Tellworks is committed to providing a competitive compensation and benefit package that retains and attracts talent.  We expect our offer to be comparable to your current earnings and very competitive within the market. We will provide details in our response to your application which you should expect within two weeks after submitting it. Consistent with Tellworks’ employment at will policy, it retains the discretion to change, modify, or alter employee compensation prospectively.

Yes.  Our current plan is to maintain the same payroll cycles and pay dates your current employer.  If there will be any differences, we will inform you in advance of the start of Tellworks operations on July 8, 2025.

Absolutely.  Tellworks offers comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage to full-time employees.  Tellworks makes a significant investment in the benefits provided and gives employees options so they can choose the benefits that best meet their preferences, needs and budget.

Although we do not have specific information about your current benefit elections, our intention is to provide comparable plan options and costs for your insurance benefits. We understand the importance of affordable healthcare, and we are working to minimize differences or increases in your out-of-pocket expenses.

Yes, generally, you can cover your spouse or domestic partner and children under our health insurance plans. The specific eligibility requirements and costs will vary depending on the plan you choose. We will provide you with a detailed overview of the available plans and their dependent coverage options ahead of the enrollment process.

We presently do not anticipate any gap in coverage.  With Tellworks beginning operations on July 8, 2025, you will continue to be covered under your existing plan through your current employer through July 31, 2025.  Coverage under Tellworks benefits, where applicable, should begin on August 1, 2025.

Yes, you will need to enroll in the Tellworks benefits program by completing new enrollment forms.  This ensures benefit elections are accurately recorded within the Tellworks plan. We will make the process as easy as possible and provide you with all the details and on-site support you need before and during the enrollment period which is currently planned for the month of June.

Tellworks offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being. In addition to medical, dental, and vision coverage, Tellworks also offers paid time off, paid holidays, a 401(k)-retirement savings program with a company matching contribution and an employee assistance program among many other things.  Our intention is to provide the same, or very comparable benefit options, costs and eligibility as you have now.

Tellworks values work-life balance and offers paid time off to allow our employees to rest, recharge, and attend to personal matters. Our intention is to provide the same PTO benefits as what you have today. You will get credit for any accrued PTO you have with your current employer on day one with Tellworks.  You also will earn PTO beginning on day one with Tellworks pursuant to the CEVA PTO policy.  That is, employees with 48 or fewer months of service will be eligible to accrue 160 hours of PTO (including both vacation and sick leave) per 12 month period.  Employees with 49 full months of service to 120 full months of service will be eligible to accrue 184 hours of PTO per 12 month period.  Employees with 121 or more full months of service will be eligible to accrue 224 hours of PTO per 12 month period. Tellworks reserves the right to change, modify, alter or eliminate its employee benefit offerings.

Tellworks appreciates and values your experience.  It is important to understand that this is a transition to a new employment relationship and benefits program with Tellworks, not a continuation of your prior employment or previous employer’s benefits program. Tellworks did not acquire your current employer. You therefore will experience a break in service when you are terminated by the current employer and commence employment with Tellworks (if you apply and are hired). Because of this, we will not recognize prior service with the sole exception of the PTO policy.

We believe that the impact of this should be limited, however, because at Tellworks, we’ve designed our benefits program to be less dependent on years of service. This means that many of our benefits are offered to employees regardless of how long they’ve been with the company. While we value experience, we believe in providing a strong foundation of benefits for everyone from the start.

Tellworks observes New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day following Thanksgiving and Christmas Day as company paid holidays.  If one of these days falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the preceding Friday or following Monday will be the paid holiday.  We recognize that sometimes scheduled shifts fall on company-paid holidays. In these instances, we work with you to ensure you’re appropriately compensated.

Yes.  We encourage you to take advantage of our 401(k) plan. It’s a great way to save for your future, and we plan to offer the same, or very comparable company match to help your savings grow.  We will provide all the details and assist you with enrolling in our program during the transition.

When it comes to your current 401(k), you usually have a few choices after transitioning to a new employer.  A common option is to roll it over into your new 401(k) account with Tellworks.  Another option may be to leave the funds in your previous employer’s plan, if allowed. Information regarding the handling of your current 401(k) account will be provided to you by your current employer.

No.  Tellworks plans to operate in the existing Jeffersonville facility.

Tellworks is excited to implement our AIMSPlus WMS system.  AIMSPlus WMS helps streamline operations, simplify daily activities and deliver unparalleled order accuracy and inventory control.  Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! We’ll provide full training on the new system so you’ll be a pro in no time.

Our top priority throughout the transition is ensuring continued, uninterrupted service to our customer and maintaining the highest levels of quality and accuracy.  To deliver on this, we recognize the importance of maintaining as much continuity as possible in team structures and working relationships. That being said, Tellworks is an at-will employer that retains the right to reassign employees and managers at its discretion.

Please submit your application as soon as possible.  We are excited to receive your information and look forward to responding to you within two weeks of receiving your application.  The deadline for application submission is Friday, April 4, 2025.

It all started with our introduction in early March and our invitation to submit your application by April 4, 2025.  Thereafter we plan to communicate offers and obtain employee acknowledgements before the end of April.  To complete the transition, we then plan to perform onboarding activities by end of May followed by benefits enrollment in June to begin Tellworks operations on July 8, 2025.  Information on process and system training plans will be provided soon.  Stay tuned, we’re excited to begin.

We are committed to keeping everyone informed during this transition and will do so in a variety of ways.  We will have representatives on-site to provide updates, answer your questions and assist with onboarding and enrollment activities.  Additionally, we’ll be using a web portal at www.Tellworks.com/Jeffersonville as a central hub for transition-related information, including announcements, FAQs, and support.  You may also receive email communications from us so be sure to provide a valid personal email address on your application.

We’re here for you every step of the way. We want to make sure you have all the information and support you need. Connect with us however you feel most comfortable: chat with our on-site Tellworks representatives, drop us an email at JDCHR@tellworks.com, or submit a question below.
